Best rooms very spacious!! We had such a great time here last night! I highly recommend coming here! The staff is excellent, very friendly down to earth people yet professional as well.
The room was clean, quiet and warm, smelled good, the bed was super comfortable. I slept like a log. Ashley was super helpful and quick checking me in. I will stay here a lot.
The front desk clerk Rob Harenbrook went above and beyond to make sure hotel guests were well taken care of and happy. I was very happy and comfortable the complete 4 days I was there. I would recommend the Motel 6 to anyone needing a place to stay in Scottsboro. I didn’t meet the other desk clerk Ashley, but every time I called and asked a question about something , she was very kind and helpful.
The rooms are a bit outdated but we slept great. Was traveling through and it was perfect for that! Would stay again if traveling through again. Alot of food and shopping close by if needed.
As a frequent user Booking.com my week night (Sun-Thur) was great. I like no carpet, AC worked well. Some times the bath tub may have a chip but I always found them clean as I do the room. Nice LED TV. Microwave and fridge, I use both. When I report a problem, it is quickly attended.
Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly. They called to ask if we needed anything. The room and pool were clean. Good value for the price. Was a wonderful location. The only things that could be improved, in my opinion, would be newer mattresses and coffee in the rooms. They do serve coffee in the lobby.
I’ve had to move into the motel 6. The people here are wonderful (some of them) but if you stay here for any length of time they stop giving you towels, toilet paper, pretty much everything that they would give you in the beginning. Oh and the best part they tell everyone your business most is made up lies. Had someone come up to my husband talking about you and your mom don’t like to pay rent. My rent is paid every time. Thank you!!!!
My husband and I love this Motel in Scottsboro, Alabama thanks to the great prices, great rooms, kind workers, including Amaaazingly Awesome guest service by Rob, at the front desk. He is very kind, courteous, and went above and beyond for us to get the room we hoped for! I love how he is so welcoming, funny, and tries so hard to do everything for his guests.
